REFUND & SHIPPING POLICIES
YourGlobalFamily offers a 60-day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer, whether digital or physical (less shipping/handling fees). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us through this website to reach us. We will then follow up with an email to verify your purchase and assign you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
For physical goods, we will then email you a return address where you can send the product. We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card. IMPORTANT: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
All orders of digital products will be delivered to the purchaser within minutes or over the course of time stated (as in online courses, etc.). All orders of physical goods are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Pacific USA time.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
