If you got to this page, you likely have met us. Or we are already friends. Or, at least, we hang out in some of the same places online. So we would like to offer you a special price, lower that what we have listed on Airbnb, for our rooms. That is why we have this page set up on our site.

We include the following amenities:

• Wifi (duh!);
• Breakfast items (it is a bed and breakfast, and we've already taken care of the bed);
• A quiet household (without TV, btw);
• Pick up at our local airport if needed and possible;
• Two guest passes to the world-renown Monterey Bay Aquarium (for adults, that's a $50/pp savings);
• Experience of locals + fun company. And did we mention dark chocolate?

Our home is modest in size, but we are so grateful for it! The entire property except our personal quarters are available to you. We live here; this is an owner-occupied rental. But occasionally we go places. If we're gone, we'll make arrangements beforehand with you.
